The Six Legal Ethics C’s of Using (or Not Using) Artificial Intelligence

The course is designed to provide two hours of CLE Ethics credit covering key ethical issues, rules and applications relevant to the use of artificial intelligence in the practice of law and will cover such topics as:

  • Definitions, Key Ethics Rules and Terminology
  • Federal and State Court Orders and Judicial Rules for the Use (or Nonuse) of Artificial Intelligence
  • International Court Rules, Guidelines and Applications for Artificial Intelligence Use
  • Litigation About Artificial Intelligence Use By Lawyers and Judges
  • Bar Association Rules and Guidance About Artificial Intelligence

As with all of our courses, "The Six Legal Ethics C's of Using (or Not Using) Artificial Intelligence" is filled with current references, analysis, and amusing stories to make this a valuable and fun educational experience.

Update:

The Virginia State Bar has just approved this course for 2.0 General and Ethics CLE credit hours. Based on this VSB approval, potential reciprocal credit may be available for lawyers seeking to fulfill CLE requirements for Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, New Jersey, New York and North Dakota.

Upon request, Two Right Shoes LLC will also seek credit approval from other state bars.
